How to make Nose on TPU base

I’m just starting out and decided to start with a premade TPU head base. The base comes printed with a pickable nose (I’ll attach photo). How do I make a nose in this case? All tutorials I’ve watched make the nose seperate then attach it, but since there’s already a nose I’m worried it’ll stick out way too much. I’d like it flush, but still pickable so I’m stumped D:
